Finalist of The Beacon Bursary 2016

We are very proud that our business reached the final in The Beacon Bursary Competition 2016. A fab day was had for all.

Our aim is to put care at the heart of the community, by being a resource, and a listening ear. By providing knowledge and skills and that little bit of help and support, which will empower citizens and families within our community and enable them to remain at home.
